Most work would be with Claire Chidley with up to thirty participants. If your requirements are more substantial and complex, we would agree with you in advance the number of trainers required, (we only work with the best experts in their field).
Any additional preparation time involved will be explained to you at the beginning so you will be sure of your investment ‘up front.’

Testimonials
“I commissioned Claire to run a series of master classes for leaders of local authorities in Hampshire. The agenda changed due to new circumstances and Claire took this in her stride, providing us with a spontaneous programme that met our exact requirements on a whole range of levels e.g. relationship management & development, creative thinking, developing strategy. Claire does this in a really creative and interesting way and her exercises are fun but also very apposite and challenging. Working in a highly charged political environment isn’t always easy and Claire not only managed this with aplomb, we ended up with a body of leaders that worked to defined and agreed common objectives for the benefit of all our residents and businesses.” Ken Thornber (Leader of Hampshire County Council.)
“Claire was commissioned to deliver two sessions of training for our global learning and development team meeting in Berlin. The first session covered Innovation in Customer Experience and the other spoke to Creativity & Innovation, both of which are currently hot topics on our strategic agenda. Feedback from my colleagues after the event emphasised that the sessions were both thought-provoking and fun. In addition to presentation of theory, the use of scenarios, stories, visuals and games helped to expand our awareness and enable us to take a more creative approach towards problem solving. We especially benefited from exploring real-life scenarios specific to our own business and now feel more prepared to face the future and creatively secure our competitive advantage.” Deborah Roberts (Roche Pharmaceuticals.)
“These sessions were put in place to help shape priorities arising from our Corporate Strategy. The work Claire facilitated was very successful and engaged both management team and senior councillors. Most importantly the approach agreed as a result of the sessions Claire led has enabled us to drive forward our Public Service Village (PSV) concept and make very tangible progress in our joint working with Hampshire County Council. We now have a joint £14 million investment in the redevelopment of the Havant Civic Office site which will see the relocation of both HCC area Children’s and Adult Services offices on to the Civic Campus site. It is unlikely this work would have progressed so quickly with out Claire helping us shape and refine our thinking and future actions.” Tim Slater (Head of Organisational Development - Havant Borough Council.)
